Genuine recovery

Restorative practice, breath work and unhurried afternoons. No timetable to follow, only space to soften, and come back to yourself.

03 Yoga Meats Gentle movement

Strength, softly

Twice-daily yoga with our phenomenal teacher, Caroline. Walks through Highland woodland, boat and jetty time on the loch, and a sauna to warm through. Everything optional, entirely at your own pace.
